Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Monthly and yearly plans include a free 1-month trial the first time you subscribe. Cancel during the trial and you won’t be charged. The trial is available once per Apple account, and the app notifies you 2 days before it ends (if notifications are allowed). Lifetime has no trial.
Where do I buy it?
Open the upgrade card in the app’s Settings and complete the purchase through the App Store. Purchases aren’t available on the web. Already bought it on another device? Sign in with the same Apple account and tap Restore.
What happens to my stuff if I cancel?
No. NFC tags, photos, block rules, custom tags, and your launcher layout all stay and keep working after you cancel. The paywall only applies when you add something new. Export and Reminders sync stop, but imported tasks stay. Every star and journal stays readable without Pro.
Lifetime or yearly: which should I choose?
If you plan to use Primaly for 2+ years, Lifetime costs less. It’s a one-time payment with no auto-renewal and works on every iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple account. Trying the yearly free trial first is a good way to decide.

How do I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel anytime from iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds follow App Store policy and are requested from Apple.
